Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Buena Pesca is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately to request an address change.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Buena Pesca is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If you experience a shipping issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
